These terms explain how bookings, payments and trip arrangements work with Nil Diganta Tours. When you place a booking, you agree to the terms below.
Reservations
A booking request is subject to seat availability and confirmation by our team. Please provide accurate traveler names, phone numbers and other details requested during booking. A booking is confirmed once we have verified the required advance payment and sent you confirmation.
Prices and payments
The price shown at booking is the price for the selected tour and package. Any applicable discount is calculated when the booking is placed. Pay only through the methods and account details shown on our website or provided by our staff, and keep your transaction reference until payment is confirmed.
The required advance is ৳1,000 per seat unless the tour page states otherwise. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline shared by our team.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Refunds and transfers depend on the tour, supplier commitments and timing. Unless our team confirms otherwise in writing, an advance payment is non-refundable within three days of departure. If we cancel a trip, we will contact booked travelers to explain the available refund or rescheduling options.
Trip arrangements
We work to deliver the itinerary, transport, accommodation and meals described on the tour page. Weather, road conditions, safety concerns or circumstances outside our control may require a change. We may adjust the schedule or substitute an equivalent arrangement when needed, and will share important updates with travelers.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for arriving at the pickup point on time, following the trip leader's reasonable instructions, respecting local communities and taking care of their personal belongings. Please tell us before departure about relevant medical, mobility or dietary needs so we can advise whether the trip is suitable.
Safety and conduct
Everyone in the group is expected to treat fellow travelers, staff and local hosts respectfully. We may remove a traveler from an activity if their conduct creates a serious safety risk or disrupts the group. In that situation, additional travel or accommodation costs are the traveler's responsibility.
